Feature description
The affiliate program works as follows:
1- Prospective affiliates apply through the affiliate application section on the site.
2- The site owner meets with candidates and clarifies the terms. They agree on the commission percentage when a sale occurs, how many days after the referred visit a purchase must take place for commission to be earned, and other points.
3- The site owner approves the affiliate’s application by setting the commission rate and the purchase attribution window according to the agreed terms.
4- The affiliate logs in to the panel, gets product-level and site-level shareable links, and shares them with their audience.
5- Our system tracks visitors who arrive via those links; if they place an order, it calculates the commission owed based on the agreed rate.
6- Both the site owner and the affiliate can transparently see which purchase dates generated how much commission.
7- The system calculates accrued and finalized commission amounts, taking the 14-day return period into account.
8- After the 14-day return window for eligible orders, the site owner pays affiliates and enters the paid amounts into the system.
