General
No. The package fee is paid once. Each year you continue using your site by paying the annual renewal fee, which varies by package and covers technical support, SSL certificate, updates, and hosting.
Annual renewal fees by package are as follows:
Starter Package — 50,000 TRY + VAT
Business Package — 60,000 TRY + VAT
Professional Package — 90,000 TRY + VAT
Pro Plus Package — 120,000 TRY + VAT
Integrated Package — 220,000 TRY + VAT
Corporate Package — 460,000 TRY + VAT
The first year’s renewal amounts are included in the package price; from the second year, amounts may be increased in line with the Turkish CPI (TÜFE) rate.
Yes. Before buying our marketplace e-commerce software, you can use it free for 15 days with full features (excluding shipping carrier and payment provider integrations).

Yes. You can move to a higher package at any time by paying the price difference between your current package and the target package.
Yes. After purchase, if you have not opened a technical support ticket within 48 hours, you may request a refund without giving a reason. Refunds are processed within one business day.
Yes. If you need a feature that is not in our product, our R&D team checks whether it fits the system. If it does, we inform you of the timeline and cost. If you approve, we implement it.

Your site is set up and access credentials are sent to you within up to 5 business days, so sellers can start uploading products. In the following period we complete integrations with your chosen shipping carrier and payment provider and prepare the iOS & Android apps.
Capacity & Server
The Professional package includes 100 GB web space and 20,000 GB annual traffic.
100 GB web space: With an average product image size of about 100 KB and 3 images per product, you can host on the order of 50,000 products. If images are larger or you use more than 3 images per product, the total number of products decreases accordingly. For each original image, the system keeps roughly 15 cached sizes for desktops, phones, apps, iPads, and different screen sizes.
20,000 GB annual traffic supports on the order of 10,000 visitors per day on average. A simple visitor/revenue example:
Assume 20% of 10,000 daily visitors purchase and the average basket is 1,000 TRY.
2,000 people × 1,000 TRY = 2,000,000 TRY daily revenue
2,000,000 TRY × 30 days ≈ 60 million TRY monthly revenue.
Yes. We can move your site to a dedicated server for you. Our software and infrastructure specialists define server specs based on your traffic targets, catalog size, and other needs. Server costs depend on the provider you choose and are covered by your company.
