How is Yurtiçi Kargo integrated with a marketplace site?
Incoming orders appear in the seller (store) panel. The seller prepares the product and taps the «Generate barcode» button in the panel. The barcode includes the customer's name, address, and phone, as well as seller details.
The seller can print the barcode and attach it to the package, or provide the barcode number to Yurtiçi Kargo when handing over the shipment.
When the carrier collects the parcel, the status changes to «Shipped». When the item is delivered to the customer, the status becomes «Delivered». Because delivery is complete, the secure e-commerce (GET) process starts and in seller panels the status moves to «Pending customer confirmation».
Returns process
If the customer wants to return within the 14-day window, they create a return request from their panel. The request appears for the seller. After approving the return, the seller taps «Create return barcode» in the panel and sends the customer the return barcode to use when returning the product.
The barcode again contains customer and seller details. The customer hands the product to Yurtiçi Kargo using the barcode number they received.
