With the site owner’s approval, the invoice is emailed to the customer automatically. “Only on Softomi ✅” Integration 2—Commission invoice content the marketplace owner must issue to sellers is generated automatically by the system and sent to Paraşüt. In this model, together with each seller’s legal name, address, tax office, and tax ID, the owner’s commission amount for every order is calculated and sent to Paraşüt automatically. With the site owner’s approval, an e-invoice is created and delivered to the seller automatically. “Only on Softomi ✅” Integration 3—Cargo invoices the marketplace owner must issue to sellers are sent to Paraşüt automatically. “Only on Softomi ✅” Integration 4—When the owner must charge or refund sellers (e.g. shipping difference invoices, penalty deductions), the order total adjustment feature can set a new amount; the amount defined in the admin panel is sent to Paraşüt automatically. “Only on Softomi ✅” The Paraşüt integration annual renewal fee is 20,000 TRY + VAT.
