How does PTT Kargo marketplace integration work?
From the seller panel, tap «Generate barcode» to create a barcode with customer and seller details. When the order is handed to the carrier, the status becomes «Shipped»; when delivered, «Delivered», and the secure e-commerce (GET) process begins.
Returns process
Customers can request a return within the 14-day window. The seller uses «Create return barcode» to send a dedicated return barcode. The item is sent back via PTT Kargo with that barcode.
