Integration between MNG Kargo and e-commerce sites is achieved through API web services. After a sale on your site, you no longer have to type shipping details manually into the carrier panel. Customers can track orders easily from their own panels.
How is MNG Kargo integrated for a marketplace model?
Incoming orders appear in the seller (store) panel. The seller prepares the product and taps «Generate barcode» in the panel. The barcode includes the customer's name, address, and phone, plus seller details.
The seller can print the barcode and attach it to the package, or give MNG Kargo the barcode number when handing over the shipment.
When the carrier collects the parcel, the status becomes «Shipped». When MNG Kargo delivers to the customer, the status becomes «Delivered». Delivery triggers the secure e-commerce (GET) flow and seller panels move to «Pending customer confirmation».
Returns process
If the customer wants to return within 14 days, they create a return request in their panel. The seller sees it, approves the return, then taps «Create return barcode» and sends the customer the barcode to use when returning the item.
The barcode again includes customer and seller details. The customer gives the product to MNG Kargo using that number. MNG Kargo delivers the item to the seller's address.
