Aras Kargo API integration enables uninterrupted data flow between your e-commerce site and the carrier. These API web services remove the need to enter shipping data manually.
How does Aras Kargo marketplace integration work?
Incoming orders appear in the seller panel. The seller prepares the product and taps «Generate barcode» to create a barcode. It includes customer details (name, address, phone) and seller information.
The seller attaches the barcode to the package or hands it to the carrier. When the carrier collects the parcel, the order status becomes «Shipped». When delivered, it becomes «Delivered» and the secure e-commerce (GET) flow can start.
Returns process
If the customer requests a return within the 14-day window, the seller creates a return barcode via «Create return barcode» and shares it with the customer. The customer hands the item to the carrier using that barcode number.
